Training Wage Subsidies Available

The newly introduced WorkBC Wage Subsidy covers 50% of a new hire's wages for the first 8 weeks and 15-25% for the next 16 weeks - which equates to up to $7,200 per employee.   It is geared to newly hired or rehired laid off staff who require some on-the-job training and have potential to be long-term employees.
